4. Payments and Billing

Certain services may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment partners to charge applicable fees. Any mandatory fees will be disclosed before purchase.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for those services or their content.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supafusion and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the integrity of the services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.

Material changes will apply prospectively from their effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
